Where these activities are part of a client’s business, they are carried out by the client under its own licences.
Novatum Pte. Ltd. was incorporated in Singapore on 26 June 2020 by Alexander Zapisetskiy, who has been its sole shareholder and director since incorporation. It is not part of any group or network of companies using the Novatum name, including anything described as a “Novatum network”.
Novatum Pte. Ltd. has never held shares in, been owned by, or had a contract with any other company that has “Novatum” in its name.
Mr Zapisetskiy served as Chief Executive Officer and director of Novatum Tech Limited (UK, company number 12170240) until September 2022, and was a registered director from 15 December 2020 to 16 September 2022. He was engaged and paid directly by that company. He has never been a shareholder of it or of any other Novatum-named company, and has held no role in any of them since September 2022.
Novatum Pte. Ltd. does not offer investment products and does not solicit investments from the public. Any person or website using the name “Novatum” to offer investments, trading accounts, returns or financial products is not acting for or on behalf of Novatum Pte. Ltd.
